 I practic what I say. Ask the questions that must be addressed. Put those things into action. There are no perfect homes, they are only perfect at the moment we purchase. We purchase for today. When we arrive at life's crossroads , we make changes. That is why your real estate agent is so important in your life.  I ask questions that make you think about what may happen in three,five or seven years.
